Work With Kimberlee

Work With Kimberlee

Personalized support for people who want to build a walking habit, stay consistent, and create a healthier lifestyle one step at a time.

You don’t need to become a runner.

You don’t need to train for a marathon.

You don’t need a complicated fitness plan.

Sometimes you simply need a place to start, a realistic plan, and someone who understands the challenges of building new habits.

That’s where I can help.

Walking Is Simple. Life Is Not.

Most people don’t struggle because they don’t know walking is good for them.

They struggle because life is busy.

Work gets demanding.

Schedules change.

Motivation comes and goes.

Family responsibilities pile up.

The challenge isn’t knowing what to do.

The challenge is doing it consistently.

That’s why our work together focuses on creating a plan that fits your life instead of trying to force your life to fit a plan.

How I Can Help

Build A Specific Plan

Create a realistic walking routine based on your current fitness level, schedule, and goals.

Stay Accountable

Regular check-ins and support to help you keep moving forward when motivation fades.

Grow Your Confidence

Learn how to progress safely, overcome obstacles, and build trust in your ability to follow through.

My Walking Story

Kimberlee smiling at the finish line of the Honolulu Marathon after completing the event, demonstrating how small consistent walking habits can lead to extraordinary accomplishments over time.

I didn’t start my walking journey on a mountain trail or walking marathons.

I started in a call center.

Years ago, I worked at CallTech. Like many people, I spent most of my day sitting at a desk. The work was stressful, and I often felt overwhelmed.

One day I started using my breaks to take a short walk.

At first, it wasn’t about fitness.

It was simply a chance to step away from my desk, clear my head, and get outside for a few minutes.

What started as a 15 minute walk during lunch slowly became a habit.

That habit led to longer walks.

Those walks led to local parks and trails.

Those trails led to hiking adventures.

Eventually, my journey took me to places I never imagined when I first stepped away from my desk for a few minutes.

Today, my walking experiences include:

✓ Exploring Metro Parks and local trails

✓ Backpacking the Appalachian Trail

✓ Participating in long-distance walking events

✓ Completing the Honolulu Marathon

Walking changed more than my fitness.

It improved my confidence.

It helped me manage stress.

It taught me the power of consistency.

Most importantly, it showed me that big accomplishments often begin with very small steps.

That’s why I believe so strongly that you don’t have to start big.

You simply have to start.
